Pacific Crest Bus Lines non-refundable tickets may be purchased from Pacific Crest Bus Lines locations, agencies and/or online at pacificcrestbuslines.net. Sales include a $4 processing fee per traveler. Travelers must use tickets booked for the date and time selected or may reschedule to a new date and time, in these cases a change of itinerary fee may be required. Failure to use or reschedule your trip prior to the chosen departure date and time, will result in loss of the value of the ticket. The unauthorized resale and/or sharing of tickets is strictly prohibited. Credit card chargebacks or fraudulently reporting may result in loss of future travel on all Pacific Crest Bus Lines services. Pacific Crest Bus Lines is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Customers must present an electronic ticket or a printed ticket (printed single-sided). Customers purchasing from a Pacific Crest Bus Lines Agent will receive a paper ticket to present to the driver during boarding. Adult travelers, 16 years and older, must have a valid photo ID. Pacific Crest Bus Lines Team Members may require proof of ID at any time during travel. Customers must be ready to board 20 minutes prior to the reservation boarding.
Departure dates and times are subject to change without notice. Pacific Crest Bus Lines is not responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, breakdowns, equipment failure, accidents, traffic, or weather. Pacific Crest Bus Lines shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims responsibility for, any loss, damage, delay, or expense arising as a result of such condition. Pacific Crest Bus Lines Team Members will be happy to make accommodations for the elderly, or passengers with a disability. All other* seating is on a first-come/first-served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Until further notice, seats for ADA Wheelchair Lift (seat numbers vary by model) are pre-reserved for the elderly and passengers with a disability. Pacific Crest Bus Lines is required by law to make these seats available upon request, this includes all fares.

ADA service animals, trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of the individual with a disability, will be permitted to travel. The service animal must be under the control of the owner at all times and must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others. Service animals must ride within the customer’s space, service animals may not travel in an aisle or occupy a seat. Pacific Crest Bus Lines reserves the right to refuse passage to any animal that poses a threat to the health and safety of other customers or personnel.
While Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore will not be permitted to travel.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Pacific Crest Bus Lines is responsible only for transportation on its own lines in accordance with applicable tariffs and limitations and assumes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of others, including interline partners, except as imposed by law. In no event shall carrier be liable for consequential or incidental damages for loss, damage or delay, including weather delays.
SMOKING/ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS PROHIBITED ON THE COACH:
This includes the use of electronic simulated smoking materials, e cigarettes, and smokeless cigarettes. Passengers are not permitted to consume or bring alcoholic beverages on board the bus.
REFUSAL TO TRANSPORT:
Pacific Crest Bus Lines shall have the right to refuse transport to a passenger or shall have the right to remove a passenger from the motorcoach at any point due to reasons of health and security, conduct that is disorderly, offensive, abusive, illegal, and violent or interferes with the duties of the driver or other passengers.
Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 (January, 2022)
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, is a worldwide pandemic. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. The virus and all known variants is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even possibly in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment or cure for COVID-19.
Pacific Crest Bus Lines, Inc. (“PCBL”) cannot prevent its passengers from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing PCBL’s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize PCBL’s services and travel with PCBL by boarding PCBL’s buses, coaches and entering its terminals, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. PCBL has taken significant steps to comply with all safety precautions and exceed the known protocols of safety, including sanitizing and disinfecting all buses and developing contact free ticketing and boarding procedures. PCBL has developed, adopted and published protocols for the safety of PCBL passengers and employees while traveling with PCBL. PCBL will enforce the policy strictly. ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I have read and understand the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself and/or my children and pets in order to utilize PCBL’s services, travel on PCBL buses, coaches and enter its terminals. These services are of such value to me and/or to my children and pets that I accept the risk of being exposed to contracting and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize PCBL’s services.
WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY:
I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against PCBL and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or utilizing PCBL’s services, buses, coaches and terminal premises. All content included as a part of the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of PCBL and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

User Submissions. You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type that infringes or violates any rights of any party. If you make such submission, you are warranting that the owner of such content has expressly granted PCBL a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form or format now known or hereafter developed.
PCBL Electronic Communications. Visiting the Site, inputting information and sending emails to PCBL constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PCBL reserves the right but is not obligated to do any or all of the following:
Investigate the allegation that a communication does not conform to the terms of this Agreement;
Remove communications which are abusive, illegal or disruptive and otherwise fails to conform with these terms and conditions;
Terminating user’s access to any of the Site entirely upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions;
Monitor, edit or disclose any communication on the Site;
Edit or delete any communication posted on the Site, in the sole discretion of PCBL. PCBL reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the personal safety of our employees or the public. PCBL has no liability or responsibility to users of the PCBL Site or any person or entity for performance or nonperformance of the aforementioned activities.
Advertising and Links to Other Sites. PCBL does not endorse the content of any third- party website. PCBL is not responsible for the content of links, third-party sites, sites framed within the PCBL Site or third-party advertisements and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. PCBL currently uses, Transcor Data Services which is independently certified annually for data security. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PCBL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees resulting from or alleged to result from your use of the Site.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without respect to its conflicts of law principles. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
Passengers shall be responsible for their own personal property and baggage. Pacific Crest Bus Lines assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage, baggage, excess baggage, and/or personnel property. This applies to items stored BOTH in the luggage bays and/or inside the passenger cabin. We strongly recommend labeling items with your name and contact number. It is the passenger’s responsibility to claim luggage during transfers and final destination. We recommend using a sturdy container for your items and reserve the right to refuse any items not properly prepared for travel within the luggage bay areas. Please keep items of value with you at all times, including electronics and prescription medications.

Please note – the term “checked” refers to luggage stored in bays, and “carry-on” refers to items in the passenger cabin of the motor coach. Pacific Crest Bus Lines reserve the right to refuse to transport luggage containing prohibited items. Passengers found to be traveling with prohibited items may be requested to remove said items. Failure or refusal to do so may result in the passenger being refused transportation without refund or reschedule options. Pacific Crest Bus Lines retains the right to open and inspect items stored in the luggage bay and/or carry-on bags at its discretion.
Oversized (exterior dimensions over 62 inches, adding length + width + height) and overweight bags (over 50 lbs.). The maximum weight of all luggage to be transported shall be no more than 50lbs (22 kilos) per bag. Each passenger is permitted two pieces of luggage at no cost. An excess baggage fee of $10 will apply for the 3rd bag. If a passenger has more than 3 bags, they will need to call ahead and reserve additional baggage.
Pacific Crest Bus Lines offers a courtesy Lost and Found service to assist in recovering lost items. To register a lost item, please call 541-366-5110.
Pacific Crest Bus Lines is not responsible for personal property of any nature left behind or lost on the coach, in the terminal or in any terminal or on a charter stay. If we are able to find an item left behind, Pacific Crest Bus Lines will ship it at the registered passenger’s expense to the registered passenger upon request. Shipping charges will be charged to the registered passenger once we are given a valid credit card number. Items unclaimed will be held for a maximum of 30 days at which time Pacific Crest Bus Lines reserves the right to dispose of or donate the item(s) to a local charity in the discretion of Pacific Crest Bus Lines.
Children 0 – 23 months do not require a ticket to travel but must be secured in the parent/guardian’s lap for the duration of the trip. Limit one free child per adult full fare ticket. Parents are welcome to purchase a ticket if they would prefer the child to ride in a car seat. In these cases, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to install the car seat according to the manufacture’s specifications.
Pacific Crest Bus Lines requires minors to be at least 16 years old to travel without an adult. Minors between 12 and 15 years of age must have tickets purchased through Amtrak and follow Amtrak rules here.

Such persons may be removed from the bus at any usual stopping place or at such other place as the Driver may select. In the event of such removal, the liability of the carrier shall not exceed the amount of the fare paid by the passenger.
Cell phones should be set to vibrate and we ask that you limit use to brief and necessary calls only. Cell phone usage must not interfere with other passengers or create a distraction for the Driver. If your cell phone disturbs others and/or continues to ring, the Driver may ask you to turn it off. Music devices and other electronic equipment are welcome on the coach when used courteously with other travelers. Headphones are required and the volume must be low enough so as not to disturb others around your or distract the Driver.
Drivers can only charge the full fare rate after ticketing hours. Customers must have the exact fare to board the bus. Pacific Crest Bus Lines Drivers do not carry change.
