A casino-resort trip may center on a show, a group meal, an overnight stay or time together at the property. Tell us the reason for your visit so transportation can be planned around the reservations that matter.

• Willamette Valley and the Oregon Coast corridor: discuss a group trip to Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, with pickups and return travel planned around your group’s home city.
• Portland and Southwest Washington: request transportation for an outing to ilani in Ridgefield. Provide the property’s current coach-loading instructions and the venue entrance for your event.
• Eugene, Salem, Bend and Redmond: share your selected Oregon destination so the route, meal stops, operating time and return can be reviewed. Longer itineraries may need overnight arrangements.
• Tacoma, Seattle and the South Sound: discuss group travel to your chosen Washington casino resort, including dinner, entertainment or hotel transfers. Identify all planned stops when requesting the quote.

Make the outing easy to follow.

• Start with the group: provide the total passenger count, pickup city and any accessibility or assistance needs. Confirm vehicle requirements before booking.
• Set the visit window: share show times, meal reservations, hotel check-in and your desired time at the property.
• Confirm property access: ask the destination where a coach can unload, wait and pick up the group. The main entrance may have different instructions from a show venue or hotel.
• Arrange admission separately: confirm age, identification, event-entry and other guest policies directly with the destination. Each passenger should know the requirements before departure.
• Agree on the return: distribute a meeting point, boarding time and departure time. Choose a reachable group leader to manage headcounts and communicate changes.

Day trips, celebrations and overnight visits.

For example, a Salem-area group might request an afternoon departure to Grand Ronde, a dinner reservation and an evening return. A Portland group attending a show in Ridgefield might work backward from the performance time and allow for entry screening. A Tacoma group planning a resort stay might need transportation on two different days. These are sample plans rather than advertised packages.

Transportation pricing is separate from casino activities, tickets, meals and lodging unless a written agreement specifically says otherwise. Ask the charter team how waiting time, extra stops, parking and overnight operating arrangements affect your quote.

What to send with your request

Provide travel dates, pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, event or reservation times, desired return and any luggage for an overnight trip. Include the property’s group contact and coach-access instructions if available.

A clear itinerary helps the team review the vehicle and operating time for the whole trip. If a destination or event changes, contact the charter team before making new transportation assumptions.
