Your mountain, your group, your pickup plan.

Choose the resort and travel dates, then tell us where the group will meet. We will review the route, vehicle, equipment and schedule for your trip. A private charter gives your group a shared travel plan; resort access and winter conditions still shape the day.

  • Bend, Redmond and Sisters: discuss group travel to Mt. Bachelor or Hoodoo, including hotel pickups, ski-club meeting points and equipment loading.
  • Portland and the Willamette Valley: plan a Mt. Hood ski day or another Oregon resort trip with a pickup and return that fit your group. Confirm the specific resort and its current group-arrival instructions.
  • Eugene and Southern Oregon: share your preferred mountain, including regional trips to Willamette Pass or Mt. Ashland, so travel time and road conditions can be reviewed.
  • Tacoma, Seattle and Washington: request a charter to Crystal Mountain, Stevens Pass, The Summit at Snoqualmie or another major Washington resort. Access and operating conditions must be checked for your date.

These examples are not a published shuttle timetable or a resort partnership. All major Oregon and Washington ski resorts can be discussed, subject to availability, road conditions and trip confirmation.

Automatic chains are part of the winter plan.

Automatic-chain-equipped charter and route buses are available with seating capacity up to 56 passengers. Ask for that equipment when requesting a ski charter and confirm the assigned vehicle and passenger capacity in your quote. Equipment varies by bus.

In suitable conditions, automatic chains can reduce the need to stop and manually fit conventional chains. That can mean less disruption on the way to the mountain and more of the day focused on skiing and snowboarding. The driver’s judgment, vehicle preparation, road restrictions and changing conditions remain essential.

Our highly skilled mountain drivers bring practical winter-road experience to the trip. Weather, closures, traffic and resort access can still require changes or delays. Transportation should be planned around current conditions rather than a guaranteed arrival time. Read our guide to automatic chains, mountain drivers and more mountain time.

Five details that make a ski charter easier to plan.

  • Resort and dates: include preferred dates, alternatives and whether you want a day trip or overnight itinerary. Check resort operating plans and booking requirements separately.
  • Passengers and supervision: count all skiers, snowboarders, chaperones and non-skiing guests. Schools and clubs should share their supervision and attendance arrangements.
  • Equipment: list skis, boards, boots, helmets, bags and other luggage. Storage needs must be reviewed alongside the number of seats.
  • Pickup and return: provide exact meeting points, the desired mountain arrival window and the time the group should be ready to leave. Allow time for equipment loading and gathering the group.
  • Mountain access: tell us about group reservations, approved bus loading, parking requirements, lessons or rentals that affect arrival. These should be coordinated with the resort.

A shared ski day for clubs, schools and companies.

A Central Oregon ski club might meet at one approved pickup before heading to Mt. Bachelor, with a clear afternoon equipment-loading and return plan. A Portland company could combine a mountain outing with hotel transfers. A Tacoma school group may need chaperone counts, designated loading groups and time for rentals or lessons. These are illustrative plans that our team will review with the organizer.

For a company retreat or recurring employee movement, explore corporate shuttles. Competitive clubs can also review our sports team transportation guidance.

Lift tickets, rentals, lessons, food and lodging are separate from transportation unless specifically included in the written quote. Ask how waiting time, overnight arrangements and itinerary changes are handled before confirming the trip.
