Choose a region worth spending the day in.

The best tasting itinerary gives your group time to enjoy each stop. Choose the region, make group reservations with the venues and share your preferred stops with us. We will review the transportation route, vehicle access and timing.

  • Portland and the northern Willamette Valley: discuss a day connecting Portland-area pickups with tasting visits around Newberg, Dundee or McMinnville. Keep the route geographically focused so the day includes more time at your reservations.
  • Eugene and the southern Willamette Valley: plan winery visits with a meal stop and a shared return to your hotel or meeting point. Confirm group size and coach access directly with each property.
  • Bend and Central Oregon: organize a brewery outing, a company celebration or a tasting-room itinerary with an agreed pickup and return. Downtown locations may require loading away from the main entrance.
  • Columbia Gorge and Southern Oregon: request a regional wine trip around Hood River or the Rogue and Umpqua valleys. Longer distances and rural property access should be reviewed early.
  • Tacoma, Seattle and Washington wine regions: share your preferred brewery stops or a wine-country itinerary in areas such as the Yakima or Walla Walla valleys. Multi-day travel needs a full hotel and return plan.

For destination research, explore the Oregon Wine Board’s regions and the Washington State Wine Commission’s regions. These are trip ideas rather than prearranged venue packages or winery partnerships.

Create a tasting day with room to enjoy it.

  • Reserve the group first: ask each winery, brewery or tasting room about group appointments, visit length, guest requirements and payment arrangements. A transportation booking does not reserve a tasting.
  • Keep the route practical: choose nearby stops where possible and leave time for boarding, travel and unloading. A short stop on paper may not leave enough time for the actual visit.
  • Include food and breaks: identify a meal reservation or an agreed food stop. Let us know when passengers will need time away from the vehicle.
  • Review coach access: rural driveways, hills, parking lots and narrow streets can affect the loading plan. Share the property contact and instructions.
  • Plan purchases and belongings: tell us about anticipated luggage, boxed purchases or other storage needs so the vehicle requirements can be discussed.
  • Choose the return before the first stop: passengers should know the final pickup, meeting time and destination. A reachable group leader helps keep the itinerary together.

An outing for your group, rather than a fixed circuit.

A Portland company could request hotel pickups, a focused Willamette Valley tasting itinerary and a dinner transfer. A Eugene celebration group might choose a few nearby winery reservations and return to the same meeting point. A Bend group might combine brewery visits with a meal and an evening return. A Tacoma or Seattle group considering a longer wine-country trip should include overnight lodging and the next day’s travel.

These examples illustrate how to request transportation. Final stops, time at each property, vehicle availability and access are confirmed for the actual trip. Avoid adding distant stops after booking without asking the charter team to review the revised plan.

Clear arrangements before the day begins.

Send your preferred date, pickup city, passenger count, venue addresses, appointment times, meal stop and desired return. Include accessibility needs, luggage and the venue group-contact information. Let us know which stops are confirmed and which are still ideas.

Tastings, food, admission, gratuities and purchases should be arranged separately unless specifically included in your written quote. Confirm venue age and identification requirements directly with each destination. Ask our charter team about any requested onboard food or beverages and vehicle policies before the trip.

Transportation pricing depends on the full itinerary, vehicle requirements and operating time. Waiting, extra pickups, itinerary changes and overnight travel should be reviewed in the booking arrangements.

Wine and brewery transportation questions

Do you book the wineries or tasting appointments?

Request transportation for your preferred itinerary and arrange venue reservations directly unless the written booking specifically includes other arrangements. Share appointment times and property contacts with the charter team.

How many tasting stops can we include?

That depends on the region, travel distance, visit length, meals and your operating window. Send your preferred list so the itinerary can be reviewed; fewer nearby stops may create a more relaxed day.

Can we request a brewery outing without winery visits?

Yes. Send the brewery or tasting-room addresses, group reservations and desired return. We will review the transportation requirements for that itinerary.

Can we bring food, drinks or purchases onto the bus?

Discuss requests with the charter team before booking and confirm the assigned vehicle’s policies and storage arrangements. Do not assume that venue policies and onboard policies are the same.

Good company. A shared way there.
